After five wonderful and eventful years at Måsåplassen, the time has unfortunately come for us to bring our operations here to an end.
From 12 October 2026, it will no longer be possible to book accommodation in our cabins or use our drop-in camping facilities. From the same date, our café and shop will also be closed.
We would like to say a very warm and heartfelt thank you to everyone who has visited us over the years – whether you stayed in one of our cabins, camped with us, stopped by the café or shop, joined us for an event, or simply came in for a friendly chat.
It has been five memorable years, filled with many wonderful encounters and memories that we will take with us into the future.
A big thank you to all our guests, cabin owners, partners and friends for your support, trust and all the wonderful moments we have shared at Måsåplassen. ❤️

Nature of Friisvegen – Ringebufjellet
Many opportunities for hiking & cycling. in the winter, there are over 200 km of marked and groomed trails in forest and high mountain terrain. In summer, the area provides a rich network of trails in varied terrain. The trail network is connected to DNT’s – Troll Track from Rondane to Lillehammer.
Friisvegen starts in the center of Ringebu, and is the shortest connection between Gudbrandsdalen and Østerdalen
